Kraken IPO: Analysis of $13.3B Valuation & Deutsche Borse Stake
Kraken's co-CEO Arjun Sethi has publicly confirmed the crypto exchange's confidential SEC filing for a US IPO. The disclosure comes as Deutsche Borse takes a $200 million stake at a $13.3 billion valuation, down a third from Kraken's November peak.
